On April 22nd, Oskar, our Head of Engineering, is flying in from Melbourne, Australia. My co-founder Chuck and I are meeting him at my place in Rosemary Beach, Florida.

Flying across the globe to spend hours in a van driving across the Gulf Coast might sound crazy. But you show up when you are building something real. Oskar has been in the trenches laying the deep technical foundation for the agent marketplace. His flight says everything about our commitment to getting this right.

A month ago, we called our shot. We laid out our vision for the PropertyManagement.com AI Agent Marketplace.

Thirty-seven of you immediately signed up for the builder waitlist (not too late to join btw). We meant what we said, and here is where we are today.

The Internet Analogy

Think back to when the internet first arrived. The companies that ultimately won were not the ones who waited until they fully understood it. They were the ones who recognized a defining moment and moved anyway.

They built websites before they knew exactly why. They hired developers before they had a perfect roadmap.

AI is that exact same moment, but with ten times the potential impact.

The entire industry—operators, vendors, investors—is converging on AI infrastructure right now. This is not a trend you can observe from the sidelines.

What We Are Building

Our Philosophy

We are not here to compete with the AI startups building in this space (actually the exact opposite). We are the connective tissue the industry needs.

This ecosystem is open, collaborative, and designed to elevate everyone. That is exactly why we built the Navigator Network to guide operators strategically, and the Builder Network for technologists (yes this includes vibecoders) to construct agents on our platform. The more open we are, the faster the whole industry rises.


The Founding Cohort

We are opening 10 spots for our founding cohort. The cost is $1,500 per month.
