What is the TrueMatch™ score range?
Zero to 100. Most verified, actively engaged property management companies land in the high 70s to high 80s. Scores above 90 are rare and earned through sustained owner satisfaction plus strong graded metrics.
Who sees my score?
You see your score in your Client Dashboard. Property owners see your profile and the match signals you choose to publish -- surveys, metrics, badges, and proof. Behind the scenes, your score determines match eligibility and ranking. We do not publish a public bottom-to-top ranking of every company in your market.
What changed in the June 2026 update?
Verified owner surveys moved from a small bonus to the core of the score. Certified Performance Metrics are now graded on the metric behind the badge instead of counting as a flat bonus. Size and tenure no longer carry the score. Your price level does not affect the score -- owners judge value themselves through the survey.
How do you verify that survey responses come from real property owners?
Every response is matched against your synced owner roster or verified owner directory. We only survey real, active clients -- not a hand-picked sample. Coverage is reconciled against your door count, and inattentive responses are filtered out before they count.
What's the difference between my Base Score and a TrueMatch™ Score?
Your Base Score is your standing 0-100 verified number -- surveys, metrics, and sync -- the same for everyone and living in your dashboard. A TrueMatch™ Score is calculated fresh for each owner search, re-weighting your verified strengths to fit that property's type, location, and priorities.
Can advertising or a paid plan change my score?
No. Paid features can change what you publish and where your proof appears, but never what you score. There is no paid variable anywhere in the formula.
Do Google reviews still count?
They appear on your profile for context, but they are no longer a core driver of the score. Most public reviews come from tenants. The score is built for property owners, so it's built from verified property owner feedback.
Will charging premium fees hurt my score?
No. Premium pricing is never docked. Whether your price is worth it gets judged by your owners through the maintenance cost-value survey question. The fees you set are your business -- we score the outcomes.
How often are scores updated?
Your score refreshes as new verified owner responses and synced performance data arrive. The methodology itself is reviewed on a set cadence, with changes announced before they take effect.
I'm verified and my score changed with the update. What now?
The update re-bases every score on verified owner experience, so movement is expected -- in both directions. The path up is entirely in your control: sync your software so we survey your full owner list, keep metrics current, and let fresh feedback accumulate. Nothing about the old model's size or review-count advantages can hold a score up anymore.
How long does verification take?
The verification form takes 10 to 15 minutes. Your score reveal follows within about 10 business days, and your live profile activates within 48 hours of approval.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Synced data is used to verify performance and power your profile -- never sold to your competitors. Owner survey responses are anonymized in everything we publish.
