We focus on operations, sales, and marketing roles that are typically in person (or remote if needed). Finding high quality BDMs is also an area of expertise. Titles include Marketing Managers, Director of Operations, etc. and compensations range from $90K–$180K+ for the roles that we recruit. *We do not recruit global talent.
What does working together actually look like?
Our preferred model is an exclusive partnership for a defined search. Exclusivity allows us to be fully transparent with candidates and consistently produces faster, more accurate results. That said, we're open to contingent arrangements depending on the situation.
How quickly can you fill a role?
Most searches move from kickoff to offer letter in 2–6 weeks, though a few variables affect that timeline — the seniority of the role, whether it's remote or on-site, and the number of decision makers involved on the client side. Remote roles tend to close faster, while senior executive searches naturally take a bit longer.
How do you charge for your services?
Our fee is straightforward: typically 20–25% of the placed candidate's first-year compensation. The exact percentage depends on the complexity of the role, geography, and remote vs. on-site requirements. We're also mindful of the cash flow realities of property management companies and structure payments accordingly.
Do you recruit nationally or just in a specific region?
We're headquartered in the Southeast but have led successful searches across the country — from the Southeast and Midwest to the West Coast. Wherever you're hiring, we're comfortable running the full process.
Do you work outside of property management?
Absolutely. While property management is a core focus, we partner with privately held companies across real estate, construction, franchising, professional services, home services, and more. If the leadership and culture are solid, we can recruit for it.
