What is the timeline for beginning property management?
Within the first 24–48 hours after signing the contract we will get the property prepped for marketing, take photos of the property, and have the property listed across dozens of rental websites.
What is the typical timeframe for finding tenants?
Our goal is to find suitable tenants as soon as possible. Historically, finding a new tenant takes between 2–3 weeks, though market conditions can vary.
How is my property's rental rate determined?
We use a variety of tools to determine the proper rent. We conduct a deep market analysis using Zillow, MLS, current listings, and local area knowledge to create highly competitive rent prices.
What methods are used to collect rent?
All rents are paid through our online portal by either e‑check, electronic cash payments, debit, or credit card.
Can payments be made to me through direct deposit?
Yes. All your payments are made by ACH deposits.
What types of inspections do you perform?
We do thorough move‑in and move‑out inspections along with quarterly drive‑by and annual interior inspections to help ensure the property remains in good condition.
