We charge a 12% maintenance coordination fee on any maintenance we coordinate for your property. This covers vendor coordination, quality control, and communication so that you can remain completely hands off.
What fees can I expect to be charged for?
We have a pricing page where you'll be able to review exactly what type of fees we charge. Our goal is to remain transparent, so we never suppress any fees. We also do not charge renewal fees, onboarding fees, or hidden startup costs. We keep pricing simple and transparent from day one.
How quickly can you start managing my property?
In general, we prefer 7 to 10 business days’ notice so that we can setup owner and resident accounts, and take the time to introduce our company to residents if already placed. However, if you need us to work quickly, we have a very skilled and knowledgeable staff that is able to work swiftly to onboard new clients within a matter of days.
What type of resident screening do you offer?
We subscribe to a best in class property based accounting software that is capable of running a credit, criminal and national eviction background check.
