When do I get paid?
We collect rent the 1st–6th, attempt late rent on the 7th, and disburse owner funds on the 15th (next business day if weekend/holiday). Payments are sent via ACH after funds clear; typical total processing 2–5 business days. As long as the tenant pays on time, owners receive payment between the 15th and 18th of the month.
How long will the property be vacant?
There is no way to predict exact time on market. We work diligently to rent quickly using tools like 360 virtual tours. Our priority is placing a quality tenant rather than filling quickly with lower standards, which can increase costs and vacancy later.
How do you prepare my property to rent?
We complete a property maintenance report and rental market survey, plus a 360 check of your property. Our management team will contact you to discuss details and any needed maintenance.
