Utilizing our updated rental survey and research, we will recommend a fair market value for your property in order to attract qualified tenants who will take good care of your property. If you think your property is unique or better than the competing vacancies, you can price it higher to test the market; if there is little interest or no rental within a week, we recommend lowering the rent because a vacant property is an expensive liability.
How does Titan Property Management advertise my property?
Once a property is listed on our platform it is advertised on our website and syndicated to 20+ rental listing sites. We track page views, inquiries, showings, and applications to maximize rent while minimizing vacancy time.
How does Titan Property Management find good Tenants?
We clearly state rental requirements in every advertisement and application, then conduct thorough screening (identity, income, credit, rental history, evictions) using industry-leading software and strict verification.
My Tenant is not paying rent—can Titan help with my existing Tenant?
Yes. We can be hired to assist, notify the Tenant of change in management, issue any necessary notices, and work toward solutions such as assistance resources, payment plans, or move-out to avoid eviction. If needed, we initiate eviction via a California licensed attorney; legal fees are the owner’s responsibility and we manage the process.
Do you handle after-hours maintenance issues reported by the Tenant?
Yes. We have 24/7 maintenance coverage for reporting and troubleshooting to resolve simple issues quickly. For larger issues we gather details and photos, then dispatch the right technician promptly and cost effectively.
