Once a property is listed on our platform it is advertised on our website and syndicated to 20+ rental listing sites. We track page views, inquiries, showings, and applications to maximize rent while minimizing vacancy time.

How does Titan Property Management find good Tenants?

We clearly state rental requirements in every advertisement and application, then conduct thorough screening (identity, income, credit, rental history, evictions) using industry-leading software and strict verification.

My Tenant is not paying rent—can Titan help with my existing Tenant?

Yes. We can be hired to assist, notify the Tenant of change in management, issue any necessary notices, and work toward solutions such as assistance resources, payment plans, or move-out to avoid eviction. If needed, we initiate eviction via a California licensed attorney; legal fees are the owner’s responsibility and we manage the process.
