Who will be my Point of Contact?
You’ll be working directly with your dedicated Property Manager, who will oversee every aspect of your home, from leasing and day-to-day management to maintenance coordination and renovation projects.
How are maintenance requests handled? Who does Streamline use?
Requests are submitted through our online residential portal with an emergency contact number available at all times. We always try to triage matters that can be resolved without requesting vendors. If we do need to call a vendor, We have our own list of preferred vendors. Because of our size, we get preferred rates and service. If you have a preferred vendor you like to work with, we will receive this information and document it.
How does Streamline screen potential tenants?
We conduct a comprehensive screening including credit and background checks, verified income and employment, and rental history with landlord references. All our is conducted in compliance with Fair Housing and local jurisdiction rental laws.
Do I need a rental license or registration?
Most jurisdictions in the DC area require some form of rental license or registration before you can legally rent your property. For the above, we’ll help you determine what’s needed based on your property’s location.
Do you charge vendor markups or add-on fees?
No — we don't markup vendor invoices. What the vendor charges is exactly what you see on your statement.
