I am an out of State RE investor, owning several multifam buildings in North Austin. I has been working with Stetson team since Covid period. They have been a good partner for numbers of years, they are pretty pro-active in taking care of the service requests from tenants, and doing a great job in getting the units to list and getting the right tenants to fill the units, which are the two primary priorities for any RE owners. Wish them continued success in 2026 and beyond!
