I am an out of State RE investor, owning several multifam buildings in North Austin. I has been working with Stetson team since Covid period. They have been a good partner for numbers of years, they are pretty pro-active in taking care of the service requests from tenants, and doing a great job in getting the units to list and getting the right tenants to fill the units, which are the two primary priorities for any RE owners.
