Property owners are not required to accept section 8 tenants unless local laws mandate it. Read about our section 8 services.

How and when do I get my checks?

Owner disbursements are made every 15th of the month. If the 15th is on a weekend or holiday, it will be made the following business day. We send funds either through ach or check.

How long of a lease do you sign?

Lease terms vary based on market conditions and owner preferences, but standard leases are often a year long. Other lease term options may be available upon request.

How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
