How long will it take to lease my property?
Many variables affect days on market including property condition, list price, pet policy, and screening criteria. Sagareus' objective is to lease all units within 30 days. A detailed estimate can be provided with current leasing data by location and property type with a PM Proposal.
How do you handle maintenance requests?
Standard maintenance requests can be submitted online via the Resident Portal or by email to [mgmt@sagareus.com](mailto:mgmt@sagareus.com) and are processed within 24 hours for response or dispatch. Emergencies are addressed immediately via the Emergency Maintenance Line. Preferred vendors are assigned per owner preference or Sagareus' vendor list, and repairs above the authorization amount require owner approval.
What is your pet policy?
Property owners choose their own pet policy. Sagareus recommends up to 2 pets, 30 lb weight limit, and $50 per month pet rent. Final decisions are up to the owner and enforced by Sagareus.
Do you have a minimum contract term?
Yes. Agreements are written with a 6-month term, month-to-month thereafter.
