I've been with Roost for almost a year. I made the move to Roost due to being unsatisfied with my previous PM team due to deferred maintenance and not escalating rents to stay in line with market values. Chris, Gretchen, and the rest of the team understood these concerns and took immediate action. Brad has been great about providing documentation around what the needs are with each property and getting multiple bids to have the work done. If I have one complaint it's in the reporting capabilities which are truly out of Roosts hands and I can get what I need it just takes a little more digging. I appreciate the whole team at Roost as they have been able to accomplish everything Ive needed and asked for. 10/10 would recommend to anyone else in the area.
