    How PropertyManagement.com rates property managers

    How does verification work?

A property manager claims its profile, connects its management software through a read-only sync, and runs property owner surveys through PropertyManagement.com. Certifications and the verified badge come from that data, and no fee can change any of it.

What does “Listed, not rated” mean?

The company appears in our directory but has not verified, so it has no TrueMatch™ score. Anything shown about its reviews is an estimate built from public Google reviews, not a rating from PropertyManagement.com.

Can a property manager pay to appear on this page?

No. Companies cannot pay to be listed, to change their estimate or score, or to have the estimate removed. The only way to replace the estimate is to get verified.

Why are public reviews split into property owners and tenants?

Property owners and tenants want different things from a property manager. A single average hides what matters to an owner, so we estimate who wrote each review and summarize each group separately.

How does Rex Rentals & Realty, Inc. correct or replace this estimate?

By claiming this profile and getting verified. Once verified, the estimate is replaced with verified performance data and property owner survey results.

How do I report a problem with this estimate?

Use the “Report a problem with this estimate” link under the review snapshot, or email support@propertymanagement.com with the company name and what looks wrong.
