Everything we do is flat fee. $600 to lease a property and $95 per month for management.

What type of reports do I get?

We send out a statement every month when we direct deposit your income. In addition, you can access your owner portal at any time 24/7. You can check on rent collection, run a P/L or download statements for yourself or your accountant.

Are you licensed?

Yes. The state of Oklahoma requires you to be licensed to manage properties for others. Renters Place is licensed with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OK License #160768). We hold NARPM designations RMP and MPM and are the only company in the state with the MPM designation.
