• Management Fee: Our management fee is 10% of the rent collected. • Onboarding Fee: A one-time onboarding fee of $200 is due when the management agreement is signed. • Leasing Fee: When we place a new tenant, a leasing fee of $300 is deducted from the first month’s rent. • Lease Renewal Fee: When a tenant renews their lease, a $150 renewal fee applies. • Annual Property Inspection: Comprehensive annual inspections are performed for $50, including detailed photos and a condition report to help protect your investment.
