Who determines the rental rate?

OMG recommends an asking price based on analysis and experience, but the rental market ultimately determines the final rent based on interest and offers.

Should I allow pets on my property?

Owner’s choice. OMG uses [PetScreening.com](http://PetScreening.com); each applicant submits a pet application with photos and vaccination records, and PetScreening provides a recommendation.

When do I get paid and how often do I receive reports?

An income report is uploaded monthly to the owner portal. Disbursements occur on the 10th of each month or next business day.

Do I pay for marketing?

No marketing cost to residential owners. OMG covers signage, flyers, online ads, and other services. Properties are typically not listed on the MLS.
