Company Overview

We’re Midtowne Realty, a family-owned and operated business in downtown Fort Wayne. Our Mission is to help owners, tenants, and our community thrive by managing property well. We were founded 30 years ago by our owner and president, Eric Fisher. Eric is passionate about the spaces that people live in, and the effect our homes have on our quality of life. As a team, we embrace this vision. We help provide urban living options, proudly contributing to the quality of downtown Fort Wayne and the surrounding neighborhoods. Mitch, Eric’s son, has been part of our team for 15 years, and in that time has worked in every department of the business. In January 2019, Mitch became a co-owner and now runs the day-to-day operations. As a team, we work hard to manage our buildings and serve our residents in a way that promotes a positive environment. We have noticed that when residents feel we care about them, they start caring about us and our properties. They stay longer, and give us good referrals. This begins an upward spiral of respect and positivity that benefits us all: owners, residents, managers, maintenance personnel, and the surrounding community. It is our objective to be a positive experience in your life and work towards solutions when issues arise. Our relationship with our customers and owners is our priority over growth.
