We send owner disbursements on a set schedule — the 8th, 15th, and 25th of each month — so you're never left wondering when your money is coming. You also get 24/7 access to an online owner portal with statements, invoices, inspection reports, and a real-time view of everything happening at your property.
How do you screen and place tenants?
Vacancy and a bad tenant are the two most expensive things a landlord faces, so we take placement seriously. We market your property widely, handle the showings, and screen every applicant consistently — verifying income, credit, rental history, employment, and background — applying the same criteria to everyone in full compliance with Fair Housing law. The goal is a qualified, long-term resident, placed fast.
Do I really need a property manager, or can I manage my rental myself?
