The LIV Indy team members have overall been very responsive with any questions I had especially with repairs and the reasons and costs of repairs. The Maintenance Coordinator (previous and current) have talked to me by phone. The email communication informs me of staffing changes and changes from going to the Buildium to AppFolio portal. There’s transparency with sending me invoices, photos of parts needing repair and finding vendors who are reasonably priced. The detailed Maintenance Reports for Fall and Spring are helpful.

I partnered with LIV Indy for three years, and it’s one of the few companies I work with that truly takes client feedback seriously. They consistently strive to improve their services, communication, and contractor vetting, and this sets them apart from their competition. Even when things aren’t perfect the first time, I’m confident they will make it right, and I feel secure having them behind me. One example is when I started with LIV, sometimes it took 1 week or 2 to get response and couldn't get anyone on the phone during office hours and maintenance work sometimes dragged on due to communication and I had to keep checking. But they willing to hear my feedback and had made major improvement now not only I can easily get a hold of someone to discuss stuff but they proactively reaching out to me!

It also allows us to stand behind the work, including warranty support when needed.

Yes, we do, when the property and owner align with our Win Together management philosophy. Not all affordable housing is managed the same, and we do not work with slumlord-style operations. We partner with owners who care about compliance, long-term asset health, and providing safe housing while running a profitable investment.
