Jill is a great property manager and keeps us updated on projects and renewals. We're looking at ways to increase income with our washers and dryers, which is greatly appreciated. We're having a great experience with Landmark.

Landmark did an excellent job in screening tenants. One potential tenant falsified the application and Landmark spotted that before we went down the rabbit hole. My current tenants pay on time and in full. The only thing that I would change is moving up the payout from the 21st of the month to the 15th of the month. Carlos - Everyone has been great!
