My name is Randy Cox, and I am the co-owner, and Broker in Charge of Hearthside Rentals, LLC. I have been in Real Estate and Property Management since approximately the year 2000. I believe strongly that units that are well maintained are rented quickly and by tenants who stay for longer periods of time. We at Hearthside Rentals have spent a lot of time cultivating relationships with our vendors to provide the best maintenance service at the best price available. Our two owners have a combined 50+ years’ experience in property management.

When is your reporting done?

We enter transactions daily and you will have access to those on your owner portal. In addition, we initiate reports monthly and issue owner payments after the last day of the month.

Does your management fee cover the cost of repairs or evictions?

No. Our Property management fee covers the work we do on behalf of your unit on a monthly basis. Anything that is done to your property or on your behalf at the property is billed to the owner.

Do you screen applicants?

Yes. We screen all of our applicants. Our current criteria was created with the assistance of a Real Estate Attorney to do our best to ensure it meets or exceeds fair housing requirements. We did this to help reduce liability to our property owners.
