Do you offer Leak monitoring for your properties?
Water leaks are the #1 cause for Homeowners Insurance Claims, and we are here to help. Owners that enroll in our Leak Defense program get 5 Bluetooth Sensors placed in their property at key locations (under sinks, dishwashers, washing machines and Hot Water Heaters) and they are bluetooth monitored and connect to our system that notifies our team immediately in the event of a leak.
What are your Property Management Fees?
The fee structure depends on the level of service and touchpoints. Long-Term Rental Management contracts are typically around 10% flat fee, Corporate Rentals around 15%, and Vacation Rentals around 25%.
Do you offer Furnishing/Design Services?
Yes. Complete design, ordering, installing, hanging artwork, removing trash and making your home turnkey for corporate rentals or periodic visits. Design and installation fees vary by project.
