No. We use our in-house maintenance team that charges an hourly rate. We view the maintenance team as a service we only offer our clients and not as a profit center.
What is your management fee?
It ranges based on building size and revenue. For an exact breakdown, the team analyzes the property financials and provides a full proposal.
Do you manage single family homes/condos?
No. We specialize in apartments only; single-family management is very different than apartment management.
How do you onboard our property?
