What is your tenant screening process?
We maintain strict screening standards to protect your investment, including 3x income-to-rent verification, credit history review (620 minimum score), rental history verification, criminal background checks, and reference checks. Application reviews typically take 24-48 hours, ensuring quality tenants while minimizing vacancy.
How do you handle maintenance requests and repairs?
Tenants submit requests through our Property Meld system for 24/7 tracking. Repairs under $500 are handled promptly to protect your property, while larger repairs require owner approval. We use only licensed, insured contractors from our vetted network and provide detailed documentation with before-and-after photos for every job.
When and how do I receive my rental income?
Owner disbursements are processed monthly according to your management agreement schedule. You can choose direct deposit (preferred) or check, and you'll receive detailed monthly statements through your secure owner portal with real-time access to all financial data, reports, and documents.
