What are your costs?

We keep things simple with our flat-fee pricing model. $75/month per door for management, $1200 for placements, and $150 for renewals.

How do you process maintenance requests?

Our owners love that they can be actively involved or passive with maintenance concerns. Any new requests are triaged by our 24/7 support center for troubleshooting; our owners are notified of all new requests and given the option to resolve on their own or let us coordinate with one of our trusted partners. If we coordinate the repairs, there is a 10% upcharge on the vendor's invoice.

Where do you advertise your listings?

We use AppFolio and syndicate to all major search sites. As licensed agents, we can also leverage MLS to gain additional exposure with other agents.

What type of properties do you specialize in?

Most of the properties we manage are single-family homes and duplexes. We do manage some smaller multi-family and commercial properties as well.
