We offer several performance-based guarantees including a 21-Day Rental Guarantee (we aim to fill vacancies quickly), an Eviction Guarantee, an On-Time Rent Guarantee, and a Month-to-Month Management Agreement. These are designed to reduce risk and give you peace of mind as an investor.
How often will my property be inspected and maintained?
Your property will receive an annual inspection to check for maintenance issues and preserve long-term value. We also coordinate on-going maintenance and repairs as needed — with a 24/7 maintenance contact available — to keep your property safe, attractive, and compliant.
How and when do owners receive rent and financial reporting?
Rent is typically collected by the 2nd of each month and then remitted to you promptly. You also get detailed monthly statements showing rental income and expenses, and year-end documents like 1099s. Owners can access reports through their Owner Portal for real-time information.
