We can have your rental property online for marketing within 24 hours. We can have your community association setup and ready to go live within 5–7 business days.
What happens if my property (or association) has a maintenance issue?
Tenants can submit maintenance requests through their tenant portal and our team will respond within 24–48 hours (unless it is an emergency) to schedule a technician to resolve the issue. Association board members can submit a maintenance request through their online portal and our team will dispatch the appropriate vendor for the community. Association residents and owners may also submit maintenance needs through their portal, and our team will contact them directly to arrange the necessary repairs and any payment arrangements, if not billable to the association.
What if the tenant (or association owner) is not paying?
Unpaid tenant accounts are assessed late fees and then turned over for eviction proceedings on the 10th of each month unless our team has approved a prior payment plan. Unpaid association owners are assessed late fees and or interest, a property lien will be placed, and the account forwarded to legal counsel for further collection action, following the timelines of the community’s governing documents.
