I truly couldnt say enough about this company! Coming from OR, I didnt know much about the rental market, as the rental market on the east and west coast are drastically different. Laura, who is head of op, placed my tenants SO quick (honestly quicker than expected). And they have been tenants for 2.5 years. They always pay on time, communicate any maintenance issues, and take great care of our property. Brian, who is the head of maintenance, is very responsive and always walks me through exactly what is going on, how to fix it, and precautions to take so the issue doesnt happen again. Wonderful service! Jillian, who is the receptionist, is extremely kind! Every time I call she answers my questions or points me in the right direction. I honestly love this company so much. I truly appreciate all that they have done for me! What I appreciate the most is the inspections they do every 3 months to ensure my home is being taken care of. Thank you Beach Rental :-))))
