You will have four team members for your property - a Property Manager, Property Specialist, Leasing Agent, and ITM.
Will I get updates of the leasing status at my property?
Yes, you will get weekly updates, and you’ll have direct contact with the Leasing Agent!
How are maintenance requests handled?
We use experienced vendors to handle requests! We have a large vendor network with great pricing, unless you want to use your own.
How do you screen the renters?
We run a thorough process that includes a credit credit, criminal background check, income verification, and a rental history check! We use professional screening software to ensure consistency and accuracy in every application.
