I recomend Ascend to everyone! There are several reasons that I love them for property management but a few are highlighted below: There is always someone in the office to take my calls- many property management companies are part time or have part time staff and are hard to reach. They are close in proximity should I feel the need to drive to the office for a face to face understanding. many other property management companies are located in odd locations or are not even open 8 hours a day . I dont have to worry about tenants problems or repair issues. Ascend takes care of the calls, the repairs, billing and follow up ! I dont have to worry about collecting the rent checks or dealing with tenants that either cant pay or are late. Ascend automatically deposits my rent into my bank account which allows me to only worry about my personal billing. They also track details on all past due or other payment issues Very professional image which makes me proud to recommend them to others.
