Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

No. North Carolina does not require property owners to accept Section 8 vouchers as a form of payment.

Can you put the money directly into my account?

Yes. AAPM issues all owner disbursements between the 10th and 15th of each month via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). You’ll receive an email notification once the transfer has been initiated. *Note: holidays and bank closure days may cause minor delays.*

What type of properties do you manage?

Our primary portfolio includes detached single-family homes, condominiums, and townhomes. On a case-by-case basis, we may also consider duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, and small commercial buildings.

What type of reports do I get and how often?

AAPM operates as a paper-light company. You can access your owner reports anytime through your online portal. We recommend reviewing the Income/Expense Report and Owner Statement regularly. Additional detailed reports are available upon request.

What is your service area?

Generally, we manage rental homes within a 45-minute drive from our Cary office. However, we will consider properties outside this area on a case-by-case basis.
