I choose 1st Choice because their attention to the needs of the tenant matches my own. The property manager assigned to my tenants ensures their needs are meet in a timely fashion and they are well taken care of.
As a military member who had to rush off and leave my home being stationed overseas… I think first choice was my only choice! They came in completely took care of my home and I’ve been away for nearly 3 years and I’ve not had one issue! They handle everything and they are such an amazing team! If I have any questions, they are quick to communicate. I absolutely have no complaints about their service.!!
