If it is not taken care of by the XX day following the posted notice, we will proceed with filing for an eviction. #### 4. How will I receive my rental payments? We can distribute funds in multiple ways. Our preferred method is via ACH to the account of your choosing. #### 5. Do you require tenants to have rental insurance? Yes, we require all residents to carry tenant liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount of $100, 000.
